As a life coach and transformational leader, I believe that true empowerment begins within. Every person already carries the strength, resilience, and wisdom they need to create a fulfilling and meaningful life—sometimes it simply needs to be reawakened, trusted, and nurtured.
My work is rooted in the belief that growth is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to who you already are—aligned, capable, and whole. I guide my clients to reconnect with their inner voice, move through challenges with clarity and compassion, and make choices that honor both their purpose and their well-being.

I am a healthcare executive, leadership coach, and talk show host with more than 33 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Throughout my career, I have led with a deep commitment to patient advocacy, servant leadership, and building systems that honor both people and purpose.
